But fact is we have less of proper communication due to that Our CV couldn’t reach at Employer.
We have talent ,we have knowledge and all above this we are honest and confident still then we are not able to fetch attention in crowd that means not we are the only peace in crowed instead of this we can say all are designed with extra ordinary but we all are not able to reach at our destination that is only cause we need a proper channel who can communicate in between two parties, Job Seeker and Employer or Job Seeker and Consultant(who directly taken assignment to provide man power to Particular Employer),A good Company always seeks not only talented as per their requirement also person should be dedicated and honest. But how they will come to know about all these quality we are having ? is not it a completed question which creating a big gap between Job seekers and Employer. due to forth coming work pressure and target most of the consultancy some time say lie or hide some weakness of candidate before Employer and pushing a wrong candidate to those Employer for that after a someday of working that employee with Employer coming to know that he/she has lack of particular object of job what that exactly looking for or Employee coming to know that what consultant says about Employer that’s not so what he/she looking for. like this incident putting us in wrong place where we should not be. for a while if we will put to ourselves in the position of an Employer the first question or challenge will come to us, ‘to hire right employee to stand in market for long period when we know A good employee as like as Gold and back bone of Company, they are valuable asset for them. if they will not do so then not only Employer will loose their position in market also Employee will earn bad name for this. both party is liable to suffer when some guys thing they are very clever by cheating to employer at the time of interview by saying lie but they are not aware toady Generation count to talent not we been hired and it will be continue as whole life what ever we may do..,however in future we will be come to know how wrong we were at time it is only we can say “there is no means to cry over spilt milk”.
Instead of this we should start our journing on a safe path where no cheating, no hidden whatever we may be we have a proper position and value in our society. Money or Position never gives us Name and Fame, if gave it is only a particular time period and it is not respectable for or comparison with Educated, we should decide we suit to stand with Educated or Riches. it is only our hard work and honesty offer us these quality. We are matriculate, puc, Under Graduate or we are qualified but due to ruthless we loosed our job whatever, if we will once will get down with truth in market then we will never stop and all will respect to us. it may give some trouble initially but if by our honesty we will impress to our employer then by saying only one chance we need to prove ourselves then what result will come really I can feel it how sweet it would be if I put to myself in those place who really faced this situation and already got frusta acted.
Proper Valuation to our selves how talented we are and which field we can do excel.
How we can assure to Employer we are right candidate what they looking for but only thing is we need one chance to prove. We deserve it.
